Also did a bunch of swings. Really focusing on hiking the kbell backwards hard.

44lbs clean and press x 5+5x2, pullups x 5, chinups x 5x2, pistols w26lbs x 2+2, Get-Ups 44lbs x 10 mins. Hard style max tension everything.

Try Deadlift-Burpees, using bumper plates if you have them. Set the bar down, drive your feet back, push up on the bar, knees in, deadlift!

Note to self: intervals on an aerobic step can be more intense than running or on a cardio machine.

Surprisingly I broke a sweat with a fencing workout today. Talk about a full body workout, legs and core get an extreme wake up call!

Did week 2, workout 1 today. Was supposed to work with trainer but he's sick. Oh well, got my butt kicked either way. :)

Did workout 3 today with my NEW 25lb kettlebell, swings are much better now. Burpees aggrivated my shoulder so did them w/hands on a step.
