Started today with a breakfast of Machaca and a quick hike. Time to prepare and pack for the next trip. Tucson for a couple of weeks.

yesterday - 30 min walk AM, Chest and Biceps, no elliptical, 100% on diet 2200 calories, one NLP tape.

week results - lost 2 pounds 208-206, body fat from 15% to 13.8%... still not gaining and size on my legs are arms, chest is up .5" next week goal is 204 and <13% BF

I missed the doors opening this morning by 3 minutes. They opened early. That's my story and I am sticking to it.

40 min walk AM, Legs extreme PM and 15 HIIT. Lost 2 pounds last week (207 lbs) body fat down to 15.9% goal is 190 pounds and <10% body dat by Dec 31st

Raining today. Glad I was at the gym when they opened the door. This evening I can curl up on the couch with a warm cup of tea and DH.
